The included breakfast offered a nice variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries each morning. The location provided convenient access to interesting spots and restaurants. I found I could reach many places with a short walk.
The gym lacked some essential equipment. One day I went, and the water cooler was empty. On another day, there were no cups available. Room service also missed some details as I noticed they did not refill the Kleenex.

The hotel is in a safe area near Liberty Avenue, connecting guests to main streets.
The rooftop bar was not staffed, so a phone call was necessary to get drinks brought up from downstairs. Breakfast service was lackluster. An omelet order took 40 minutes one morning after the first attempt failed the previous day. This is not up to standards for what should be a five-star experience.

i noticed the gym's water cooler lacked water one day and cups another day, only a slight inconvenience.
